Ocean tides fill the estuary twice daily, overflowing the River and Creeks ~ coming to the long sandy beach in front of the house. Tillamook Head and a panoramic view offer a beautiful landscape that is constantly changing. People swim and boat in the lagoon! It's nice to lounge and dine on the deck to enjoy the great outdoors and some Great Sunsets ... or cozy-in by the fire for Winter Storms!

This is a lucky find ~ located between Seaside and Gearhart ~ in the Little Vience Banana Belt!

This may possibly be the perfect Seaside Beach House for vacations ~ for golfers, couples, families & small groups. If you are from the Pacific Northwest, come here to clam, crab and fish for salmon
